1. We are Conceptual Beauty Sdn Bhd, No. SD 3A, Jalan KIP 11, Taman Perindustrian KIP, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia trading as www.philipmartins.com.my.
2. We shall deliver all the Products ordered or purchased by a courier service or appointed transporter company of its choice. It shall be deemed that you agree for we shall deliver the Products with the courier service company or appointed transporter of our choice upon your payment for the Products which you have ordered through the Website.
3. We shall at its best endeavours, shall deliver the Products to your address as registered at the Website with conditions as below:-
Within 10 working days from date of payment received.
4. We shall not provide any insurance coverage for the delivery of the Products as the insurance coverage shall be provided by the courier service company. We shall not be held responsible for any damage or lost of the Products during the process of delivery, as this shall be covered by the "Shipper's Insurance". The risk of loss and damage of Products shall pass to the courier service company from the date of collection of Products by the courier service company until the date of the actual delivery by the courier service company to you and thereafter the title of the Products shall pass to you
5. In the event any of the failure to deliver or redeliver the Products to you is due to your fault, oversight or mistake such as inaccurate address etc, we shall contact you on the following banking/working day to confirm on the following options :

You shall rectify the mistake and subsequently we shall redeliver the Products to your registered address or any other address as notified by you. All cost incurred for each redelivery and/or redirect shall be borne by you.
not to continue with the purchase
the contract between you and Conceptual Beauty Sdn Bhd shall have no effect and thus your purchase of the Products shall be cancelled. The Products shall be re-delivered back to Conceptual Beauty Sdn Bhd and you shall bear all the relevant cost including but not limited to the delivery cost, the said re-delivery cost and any additional surcharge. We shall thereafter fully refund to you the full purchase price of the Products made by you minus the delivery/re-delivery/other additional surcharge after fourteen (14) banking/working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) upon our receipt of the Products.
Notwithstanding the provisions in (i), we shall requires one (1) working day to process the Products for delivery on the subsequent working day.
6. We shall reserves the right to alter or amend the delivery times and a three (3) working days prior notice shall be served on you. All delivery times quoted shall subject to stock availability and delivery location. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within estimated timescales.
7. You must ensure that you or your authorised nominee is available to receive the Products on the delivery day. If you are not able to receive your delivery, you shall call us before 5.00 p.m. of the same day the payment is made and we shall arrange for another date of delivery for you. If the Products have been despatched according to the address provided by you, you shall bear all the costs for the redelivery of the Products. You also may request for the Products to be redirected to another place as instructed by you. All cost incurred for redelivery and redirect shall be borne by you.
8. Both Conceptual Beauty Sdn Bhd shall and the courier service company agreed that the Products shall only be sent to the stated consignee, and the release form shall only be executed by the said consignee.
9. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from us when you have paid for the Products.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Prior to any payment made, in the event you cancel your placement of order or we shall does not receive your placement of order due to, including but not limited to, any technical error or failure of the website, there shall not be an agreement concluded between us shall and you and thus we shall not proceed with your placement of order. We shall assumes no liability for any direct, incidental or consequential loss due to the cancellation or non-reception of the placement of order.
2. We shall refund the full purchase price of the Products less the relevant cost including but not limited to the delivery cost, re-delivery cost and any additional surcharge. Fourteen (14) working days from the return of the Products, if the Products could not be delivered and/or redelivered to you due to your fault, oversight or mistake such as inaccurate address etc.
3. In the event you have paid for the Products and the Products have been delivered to you by the courier service company or appointed transporter and you have executed the release form, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from us shall, save and except in the following circumstances :
when the Products delivered to you are actually defective; or
when there are technical errors inadvertently made by us on the Products. in which you shall be entitled for replacement of the Products from us shall provided you have fulfilled the following conditions :
- you shall contact us and/or notify us in writing or by facsimile transmission within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of execution of release form provided by the courier service company and deliver or cause to be delivered the said notice in writing to Conceptual Beauty Sdn Bhd shall;
- you shall return or caused to be returned to us the Defective Products in its original condition and quantity as it is first delivered to you;
- you shall deliver or cause to be delivered to us the proof in writing of your placement of order for the Products, payment and the delivery of the Products to you; and we shall at its best effort shall only replace and deliver the Products to you within fourteen (14) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the date of your request.
4. In any circumstances other than the circumstances aforementioned and subject to you paying a processing fee and full delivery charges and your fulfillment of the conditions (i) to (iii) above, we shall at its best effort will deliver to you the replacement of the Products within fourteen (14) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the date of your request.
